Pizza Time! 😍 Who doesn’t LOVE pizza, right?
Here is a recipe that doesn’t leave you bloated or with a bad consciousness!
It’s HEALTHY! 100% plant-based, gluten- and everything naughty-free! 🙏
Are you ready to try this out?
Ingredients for the base
🍕 1 cup brown rice flour
🍕 1 cup buckwheat flour (buckwheat is gluten-free despite the name!)
🍕 2 tbsp hemp seed powder
🍕 2 tbsp linseed
🍕 1 tsp baking soda
🍕 salt to taste
🍕 water (aim for a dough-like consistency)
Make a dough out of the base-ingredients, mixing everything together with a fork (easy!).
Bake the base 🔥 for about 10-15 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
Then add the topping. And bake 🔥 for another 10-20 minutes.
Ingredients on top
🌿 5 Tbsp tomato sauce (apply with a spoon like a spread on the base)
🌿 1 tsp curry powder (sprinkle on top of the tomato sauce)
🌿 1 cup cut-up tomatoes
🌿 2-3 cups fresh kale
🌿 4 cloves of garlic (diced)
🌿 salt to taste
Add some fresh herbs after baking as a topping. I like basil, dill or parsley!
