How To Make Cat’s Claw Tea?

To make an infusion, boil 200ml of water and pour into a cup, along with a few drops of fresh lemon juice (optional). Add 1-3 tsp of Cat’s Claw Bark and steep for around 10 to 15 minutes, then strain.

You can also batch-prepare a liter in advance. If you like to add lemon juice, always add it fresh right before serving.
