Warm Raw Winter Food To Boost Your Immunity

One of my favourite dinner or lunch options in winter!

80% RAW and 20% warm cooked potatoes – so it’s just the perfect mix if you like some warm food in winter, but want to get your awesome fresh greens for maximum vitality and immune strength, too.

RAW, WARM, DELICIOUS – Try out our Warm Raw Winter Food recipe!

Ingredients:

2 cups raw chopped baby spinach leaves

1-2 cloves raw garlic

1/2 thumb sized peeled ginger

Juice of 1 fresh pressed lemon

1/2 avocado

3-4 small potatoes

1/2 – 1 Cucumber (chopped in cubes)

Directions:

Cook potatoes with peel (for maximum nutrient density) and meanwhile chop cucumber, spinach, avocado, ginger and garlic finely. Add fresh pressed lemon juice after that. Then peel the potatoes after cooking and add them chopped in chunks under the salad.

If you like: Add 1 tsp sunflower seeds for more crunch.

And your dinner is at perfect eating temperature. Not hot, but warm enough. So you get the most nutrients possible and most of all: It’s deliciously tasty.

My tip: Stop the habit of adding salt. So give it a go and try it without. It tastes awesome, doesn’t it!

But did you know the ingredients of this “Warm Raw Winter Food” recipe are so awesome good for you?

Raw spinach is incredibly nutrient dense, full of zinc, calcium, folate, vitamin A, C, E, K and various B vitamins. And spinach is also highly alkaline. So it helps your body to decrease inflammation, lowering digestive stress, relieves bloating and helps you to stay focused during the day. Because of its high mineral content and the detoxing effect repels symptoms like brain fog and fatigue, too. Did you know?

Raw garlic is a natural antibiotic. It helps in cleaning your internal organs and boosts your immune system so you can meet whatever bug is around the corner, with a smile and a “no thanks”. 🙂

Did you like the recipe? What’s your favourite ingredient of these? Spinach, garlic, cucumber?
